For the thicker and more fibrous tissue, surgical excision may be needed. Incisions may be placed along the areola and tend to camouflage nicely with the remainder of the chest.

Because liposuction is usually an integral part of this procedure, you will be placed in a compression type garment that will encourage your skin to retract evenly and uniformly. You will notice a dramatic result within the first month.
